A catchy, groovy arrangement that will give your ensemble a contemporary sound and thrill listeners with its Funky Latin-inspired style. An authentic funky written solo is provided for the first alto player and the alto flute gets a solid, groovy bass line that powers and drives the piece.
Ranges: All flutes stay between C1 and A3. There are no difficult semi-quaver passages and the piece stays at an easy-playable level of technique with a moderate level of syncopation in the backing flute parts. The first flute solo is more difficult than the other parts tend to be, however.
Scored for 3 Concert Flutes, and 1 Alto Flute.
