This piece uses the phraseology and language of Be Bop music but manages to retain playability.
The solo is authentic and designed to create the feel of an improvised solo.
An experience of playing jazz music styles is preferred but not a necessity as long as the quavers in the piece are treated with a swing feel rather than a straight-eight feel.
Range: C1 to A3
Technical Aspects: No difficult semi-quaver passages. Scored mainly in swing feel quavers with a few quaver triplet figures throughout.
