A catchy, groovy arrangement that will give your ensemble a contemporary sound and thrill listeners with its Funky Latin-inspired style. An authentic funky written solo is provided for the first alto player and the baritone saxophone gets a solid, groovy bass line that powers and drives the piece.
Ranges: All saxes stay between Bb1 and F3. There are no difficult semi-quaver passages and the piece stays at an easy-playable level of technique with a moderate level of syncopation in the backing saxophone parts. The first alto saxophone solo is more difficult than the other parts tend to be, however.
Scored for 2 alto saxophones, 1 tenor saxophone, and 1 baritone saxophone.
