“Mambo No.5.5” has been scored so that it may be performed in a Mambo style or that of a Hip Hop groove.
This is easily achieved by swinging the quavers (eighth notes) throughout in all parts.
This arrangement features a catchy melody and a written alto & tenor sax solo which may also be improvised if preferred.
This piece is bound to be a favourite with both band members and listeners!
